Upon further reflection...

...it's only just occurred to me that there's a smallish number of you readers who are signed up to this blog, and who get an automatic email every time I post. All of my other readers only ever read the blog when I announce new posts on social media. And that's what I'm going to stop doing now, so they won't know when I post.

The blog will continue, it is after all our log, our diary recording our boaty life. The content will remain much the same, but you'll be the only folk who will be notified. I hope you continue to enjoy sharing it with us. Please feel free to comment, ask questions, correct my mistakes and so on, using the Comments box at the bottom of each post.

In a recent post, I included this photo amongst others showing beautiful skies.

The next day, I got a FB message from Kathryn Chalmers, with this photo of hers.

"Snap!" she said. She knows a good mooring when she sees one. The picture was taken four years after ours, but in the same month.
