The reservoirs may be low but yesterday's rain has filled the canal to the extent that water is flowing over the lock gates at Foxton. We are Yelvertoft moorers and have been out to Market Harborough and Debdale over the past fortnight. Foxton Locks are open winter hours with no restrictions.
